22nd ANNIVERSARY

The Tour de Spin is an annual event that brings the thrill of the Tour de France to the YMCA! The class workouts follow the Tour schedule and the workout you do matches the latest stage of the race whether it’s a road race, time trial, or mountainous stage. You even have an opportunity to wear the yellow jersey! Follow the tour on TV and prepare yourself for the workout to come!

The Kickoff is held at the Central Y July 2. There is a $10 fee for both Y members and nonmembers. Refreshments will be provided.
The weekly spins are held at both the Central Y and the Davis Family Y. Check the schedule for times and locations.
There is no cost for this event for Y members. There is a $20 fee for nonmembers. Anyone can sign up as a “Friend of the Tour” and donate $20.

This event is held outdoors under a tent. There are two time slots available. Sign up for one or both. Earn 40 team points for each segment.

The Tour de Spin is an annual event that brings the thrill of the Tour de France into the Spinning rooms at both the Central and Davis Family Ys. There will also be fun group rides outdoors. Don’t miss out on this fun summer event that keeps you motivated throughout July! Commit to riding at least three days per week for the three-week simulation of the Tour de France. You can still sign up if you’re going on vacation, just designate dates.

Riders are randomly placed on Tour teams representing one of the actual Tour de France teams. This is an awesome way to meet new riders in the program.
