Arthritis Water Exercise
Range of motion activities are the focus here. Improve balance, coordination and flexibility to improve your ability to do daily activities more easily and comfortably. Exercises have a specific purpose related to the joints and surrounding muscles affected by arthritis. Classes are held in the Therapy Pool (90 degrees). Intensity Level: Light.
