Swim Lessons - Teen & Adult
Swim class for adults & teens ages 13 & up. Learn how to swim, perfect your strokes and build endurance. Class is structured around individual’s goals.
We offer two levels of instruction depending on your abilities.
Swim Basics
For swimmers and non-swimmers looking to begin their swim experience and learn the basics of swimming
Swim Stroke Mechanics
For swimmers looking to further develop and improve their swim technique
