Swim Lessons - DAASL
The DAASL (Diverse Abilities Adaptive Swim Lessons) program is designed for children with diverse abilities. Swimmers of all abilities will learn to swim faster and with less discomfort, helping them acquire the lifelong skill of being safe, confident and independent in the water.

We now offer two styles of classes. One is family-centered and the other is a 1-on-1 format. Please select the appropriate class for your child.
DAASL Guided Growth
DAASL Guided Growth is a family-centered adaptive swim program where children and caregivers participate together in the water. This format allows caregivers to learn hands-on safety techniques, reinforce skills outside of lessons, and build confidence alongside their child. With guidance from trained instructors, each session focuses on water safety, comfort, and skill development.
DAASL 1 on 1
DAASL 1 on 1 offers individualized adaptive swim instruction in a focused, supportive setting. Each lesson is customized to meet the swimmer’s unique abilities, learning style, and comfort level. With instructor support, participants build essential water safety skills, confidence, and independence at their own pace in a calm and encouraging environment.
Central Y 1 ON 1 - Fall Monthly
