Pilates Reformer Training
This class is the most popular apparatus within the Pilates Method. Designed by Joseph Pilates, it consists of a carriage that moves back and forth. The resistance is provided by body weight and sets of springs with varying tension attached to the carriage and platform. It promotes proper alignment, core strength and flexibility. Several skill levels are offered based on your experience and longevity with the program. Form fitting clothes and toe socks with grips are recommended.
