Private Swim Lessons - Central Y
NEW Procedure for Private Swim Lesson Registration!
Individual private and semi-private lessons are available for those who want more individualized attention. It’s perfect for faster mastery of the skills, those who don’t do well in group settings or if scheduling conflicts don’t allow for participation in the group lessons. Each lesson is 30 minutes and will be scheduled by the instructor.
Payment for your lesson(s) is due upon arrival for your first scheduled lesson. Simply let the Service Desk Representative know the name of the individual taking the lesson. Please arrive a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson to allow for payment and changing.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds or make-up classes will be issued unless you notify your instructor at least 24 hrs in advance of your scheduled lesson.

Lesson Scheduling Request - 2025
Today you are only registering and answering questions so the Y can arrange for an instructor to contact you to set up your lesson time(s). You will pay when you arrive for the actual scheduled lesson.
Use the Lesson Selector chart to answer question #5.
Individual Private Swim Lessons
Individual Private Lessons are one instructor and one swimmer. Each lesson is 30 minutes in duration.
Lessons can be purchased one at a time or in packages of three for a cost savings.
One Lesson: $20 Members / $30 Nonmembers
Three Lessons: $55 Members / $85 Nonmembers
Semi-Private Swim Lessons
Semi-Private Lessons are one instructor and two swimmers. Both participants must be of close or equal level of ability.
At the time of the lesson, BOTH participants must register and pay AT THE SAME TIME.
The fee is per swimmer. Lessons can be purchased one at a time or in packages of three for a cost savings.
One Lesson: $17 Members / $25 Nonmembers
Three Lessons: $46 Members / $70 Nonmembers
