The Davis Family YMCA offers accurate Body Composition Analysis using the Tanita Body Composition Scale. The scale measures weight, body fat and water percentages, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age, bone mass, and visceral fat providing you valuable information to ward off potential dangers to your health.

Please register at the Davis Y Service Desk and complete the necessary form. You will be contacted by one of our Fitness Staff who will explain the preparation procedure and set up a specific date and time for your testing.
