Athletic Performance Jump Stretch

This class is designed for athletes who are interested in increasing vertical jump, explosiveness, and speed, along with injury prevention. Athletic Performance Jump Stretch will get you to your top level. Focus is on performance and proper movement patterns to maximize athletic ability. Results are measured by pre and post testing.

The Team training program is similar in content but designed for middle school, high school, college, or master’s athletes who work together with the bonus of team building advantages.

Registration is by the day of the week for the month. Multiple days may be selected.
