Summer Day Camp at the Davis Family YMCA
The Great Outdoors!
Full-day Summer Camp for Ages 6-13
Follow these simple steps to begin your journey.
STEP 1: ENROLLMENT PACKET
Complete the Enrollment Packet online. Click HERE to start.
STEP 2: ENROLLMENT FEE
Pay the $40 Enrollment Fee. Within 3 days of the Enrollment Packet being completed, an email with the Enrollment Fee Invoice will be sent stating that a $40 balance is on your account. Payment can be made by logging into your account or by visiting the YMCA Service Desk. This balance must be paid within one week or your child’s spot may be forfeited.
TANF families will receive an email when TANF status has been approved, and once it is confirmed, that spots are available.
STEP 3: REGISTER FOR WEEKS OF CAMP
AFTER the Camper’s ENROLLMENT PACKET has been completed and the ENROLLMENT FEE has been paid, it is time to register your Camper for the appropriate weeks of Camp. Weeks are reserved with a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit.
STEP 4: PARENT MEETING
Attend one the MANDATORY Parent Meetings to understand what your child’s daily schedule will be, ask important questions, and meet some of the counselors! Your camper is welcome to join you.
STEP 5: ENJOY YOUR SUMMER!
PLEASE NOTE: If the Enrollment Fee has not been paid, you will receive an error message stating that you cannot register for a week of Camp.

Counselor In Training Program
Our Counselor In Training (CIT) Program for our full-day Day Camp provides teens ages 14-17 with necessary tools to become cause-driven leaders in the camp world. Participating as a CIT offers countless opportunities to interact with children, lead activities, and participate in camp programs. Coaching, facilitating, job skill development, career exploration, and learning how to effectively lead others are all elements of the program.
The fee for the CIT program is $225. This includes all training, one Camp shirt, name tag, and hands on training. The fee and the Camper Enrollment Packet must be turned in no later than May 1.
CITs are expected to be on-site from 9 am to 2:30 pm each day.
Training Dates
Future CITs must attend training. The dates are May 16 & 23 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Participants must attend both days.
Trip Fees
Trip fees for the entire 11 weeks of camp are included in the CIT Program Fee of $225.

Come to Day Camp Parent Orientation to understand what your child’s daily schedule will be, ask important questions, and meet some of the counselors! Your camper is welcome to join you.
For Day Camp, there are four options:
- Wednesday, May 20, from 5:00-6:00 pm
- Thursday, May 21, from 6:00-7:00 pm
- Wednesday, May 27, from 5:00-6:00 pm
- Thursday, May 28, from 6:00-7:00 pm
Please note attendance at one of the meetings is mandatory.
